Elgin Watch Co., Father Time grade 454 16S 21J, stem wind, lever set, adjusted 5 positions, damascene nickel movement with lever escapement, gold jewel settings and gold center wheel in B&B Royal yellow gold filled, screw back and bezel, open face case with 24 hour Arabic numeral white enamel double sunk dial, s#25036027
CONDITION:
good running order (winds, sets and ticks), the movement is in very good condition with a spot of oxidation on the winding wheel and a few specks of dirt. The case has a few nicks and scratches but has no brass showing through. The original 24 hour dial is excellent with no hairlines. The blued steel hands have some minor oxidation.
